Premier Meats Inc. is located at the corners of US Hwy 14/61, Three Chimney Road, and Barstad Road between Viroqua and Westby Wisconsin.
The 11,950 square feet facility sits on five acres and contains 3,950 square feet of retail space in addition to a 8,000 square foot processing area.
We carry meats, wines, cheeses, and other complimentary products. Bulk meat can also be purchased in bundles, quarters, halves and whole packages.
Premier Meats does USDA Inspected beef, sheep, and hog processing by appointment, including Organic processing. Be sure to talk to Travis about our many Organic recipes.

Just a few bits of information to keep you up-to-date.
- Beef is about ten days to two weeks currently from slaughter to cut and wrap. Add more time for your smoked meat products to be completed.
- Bookings for slaughter dates are getting caught up and we can get you in fairly quick now.
- Make your processing plans accordingly and book early to get the dates you need.
- Product is to be picked up and paid for when the whole order is completed, invoiced and you are called.
- We appreciate and thank you for your business and strive to produce a premium product for you.
